स्पीकर की खराबियाँ - स्पीकर से आवाज सुनाई नहीं देने की खराबियाँ क्या है-    

• ·       कॉल के दैरान स्पीकर से आवाज नही आना     
• ·       स्पीकर से आवाज धीरे आना     
• ·       स्पीकर से आवाज साफ नही आना

स्पीकर की खराबियों का सॉल्युशन- स्पीकर की सभी खराबियों को ठीक करना।  

1.   मोबाइल सेटिंग में वॉल्युम का स्तर चैक करे।

2.    मोबाइल सेट को खोलकर मल्टीमीटर से स्पीकर चैक करे |

3.   सही स्पीकर 16ohms से 32ohms के बीच रेजिस्टेंस देते है

4.   मोबाइल PCB प्लेट पर स्पीकर टच करने वाले पॉइंटो को स्क्रैच करे। कार्बन लग जाने के सप्लाई रूक जाती है |

5.    PCB प्लेट को क्लीनर (ACTONE) से वॉश करे।

6.   वायर वाला स्पीकर को हो तो दुबारा सोल्ड करे।

7.   स्पीकर ख़राब होने पर स्पीकर नया लगाये

8.   स्पीकर टिप्स पर कोल्ड टेस्टिंग करे  |  अगर कोई रीडिंग नहीं आ रही है तो  स्पीकर सेक्शन की सर्किट ट्रेसिंग करे |

9.   कोल्ड टेस्टिंग करने पर दोनों टिप्स पर रीडिंग 250 ohms से 600 ohms के बीच आना चाहिए

10.         स्पीकर सेक्शन में ज्यादातर कएल सीरीज कनेक्शन में लगी होती है और डायोड और कापसिटर पैरेलल कनेक्शन में लगे होते है | 

11.         यदि कन्नेक्शन टुट गया है तो जम्पर करो । और यदि कोई कॉम्पोनेन्ट ओपन या शोर्ट हो गया है तो रिप्लेस करे |

12.         अगर रेजिस्टेंस पूरी सप्लाई में कही न मिले तब Audio IC (COBBA पुराने मोबाइल में / CODEC नए मोबाइल में )  पर हल्की हीट दे या रीसोल्ड करे |

13.          Audio IC के बॉल ड्राई सोल्ड हो जाने IC को रिबॉल करो |

If the wired speaker is to be sold then reload. Wash the speaker new l Wash the PCB plate with the ACTONE

•             स्पीकर टिप्स पर कोल्ड टेस्टिंग करे | अगर कोई रीडिंग नहीं आ रही है तो  स्पीकर सेक्शन की सर्किट ट्रेसिंग करेDo cold testing on speaker tips. If no reading is coming, then trace the circular section of the circuit
•    स्पीकर की सप्लाई में में ज्यादातर कएल और रेसिस्टर आपको सीरीज कनेक्शन में सकते है और कापसिटर और डायोड पैरेलल कनेक्शन में मिल सकते है
  In the supply of speaker, mostly KL and Resistors can get you in series connection and can be found in Capacitor and Diode Parallel connections.

• यदि कोई सीरीज कनेक्शन ओपन हो गया है तो जम्पर करो । और यदि कोई पैरेलल कॉम्पोनेन्ट शोर्ट हो गया है तो removeकरे l
   If a series connection is opened then do jumper. And if any parallel component has been shortened, then removes it.
