SMD Coil 

SMD Chip Coil is made by twisting any conductor wire on a bad conductor base. The base on which the coil is formed is called core. When these coils do not have any base, they are called air core coil. Coil is also known as inductor. 

A coil always resists any variation in flow of current. If any variable supply is given to any coil, the voltage of opposite polarity is generated in the coil. This property of a coil is known as inductance. Hence, a coil is also called inductor.

The main function of a Coil is to STOP AC and PASS DC.

Effect of DC on Coil

A Coil passes DC Current like an ordinary wire. Magnetic properties are generated in the coil on getting DC. The power in the coil attracts iron particles.

Set Multimeter on Beep Range 

Step -2 

Touch Both Probe with Coil.Coil has not negative and positive terminal

Step -3

if beep sound come means coil is ok but its also short too, than set multimeter on 200ohms and check reading.

Step -4 

Set Multimeter on 200ohms , if reading come between 0.5 ohms to 2.5 ohms than its means coil is ok 

Step -5 

if reading come 1 means coil is open

टच स्क्रीन को स्क्रीन को Touching करके मोबाइल को ऑपेरेट किया जाता है वही डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन को Keypad से ऑपेरेट किया जाता है टच स्क्रीन को PDA यानि Personal Digital Assistant पर्सनल डिजीटल असिस्टेंट भी कहा जाता है डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन की तरह टच स्क्रीन को भी CPU द्वारा कंट्रोल किया जाता है लेकिन कुछ मोबाइलो में Touch Screen IC(PDA IC) भी लगी होती है जो टच स्क्रीन और CPU के बीच का कार्य करती है अलग अलग मोबाइलो की अलग साइज की टच स्क्रीन होती है लेकिन सामान्यता:-टच स्क्रीन में चार प्रकार के पॉइन्टस होते है- प्लस, माइनस, आर.एक्स, टी.एक्स। 

टच स्क्रीन की खराबियाँ-

·         टच स्क्रीन पर टच काम नही करना। Touch Screen Not Working

·         आधी Touch Screen काम करना। Half Touch Working

·         Touch Screen में केवल वाइट लाइट होना और कुछ भी दिखाई नही देना।

·         टच स्क्रीन पर टच धीरे व रुक रुक कर काम करना।

·         एक Key को दबाने पर स्क्रीन अन्य दुसरी Keys प्रदशिर्त करना।

टच स्क्रीन की खराबियाँ ठीक करना- Touch Screen Faults Solution

·         सबसे पहले टच स्क्रीन मोबाइल सेटिंग में टच स्क्रीन व किपेड की सेटिंग चैक कर ले।

·         टच स्क्रीन मोबाइल सेट को खोले।

·         टच स्क्रीन को सावधानीपुर्वक हटाकर, टच स्क्रीन के Tips व कनेक्टर को साफ(वॉश) करे।

·         टच स्क्रीन कनेक्टर(सॉकेट) को रिसोल्ड करे।

·         टच स्क्रीन को नया लगाकर चैक कर लो।

·         टच स्क्रीन के ट्रैक Ways को मल्टीमीटर (Cold Testig ) से चैक करो।

·         ट्रैक टुटा हुआ है तो जम्पर करके ट्रैक को वापस जोड़ो।

·         टच स्क्रीन IC को Heat व Replace करो।

·         टच स्क्रीन मोबाइल में सॉफ्टवेयर फ्लैश करके Reload करो।

·         CPU IC को Heat और रिबॉल व Change करो।

ध्यान दें- 

1.    यदि  White Light आ रही हो तो मोबाइल में Latest वर्जन सॉफ्टवेयर को फ्लैश करके Reload करो

2.    उसके बाद भी अगर ठीक नहीं हुआ तब डिस्प्ले के फ्लेक्स केबल में लगे कॉम्पोनेन्ट को शोर्ट होने के लिए चेक करेंगे
