Before you begin, it is important to have all the tools at hand. you will need:
- PC must be connected to the internet network
- Disable antivirus
- Click Enable before running OPPO download tool
- download DownloadTool_v1728.31.rar and extract it: DownloadTool_v1728.31
- download Oppo All Tool.rar and extract it: Oppo All Tool
How to Activate OPPO tools
1- Install PDAnet.exe
2- Then install CodeMeterRuntime.exe
3- Open codeMeter Control Center
4- Click on Fichier & then import la license
5- Browse & choose OPPOMsmDownloadToolNoneLic_2001.WibuCmRaU
6- The Import Update has successful
7- The license is activated
8- Now open DownloadTool.exe, you see that the Format Download is hidden
9- Go to the folder & open ENABLE.exe & click on Enable
10- Now the Format Download option has been shown
11- Tab on it & type the password: te123
12- Well Done, OPPO Download Tool has been activated successfully. You can now start flashing ROM, unbrick your Oppo phone or remove the password.
