विद्युत् धारा जिसका मान एवं दिशा समय के साथ लगातार बदलता रहता है उसे AC करंट कहेते है यह करंट एक दिशा में 0 से अधितम तक तथा फिर उसी दिशा में 9
तक घट जाता है और फिर दोबारा दूसरी दिशा में
0 से अधिकतम मान में बढता है और फिर उसी दिशा में 0 तक घट जाता है और यही क्रिया
आगे चलती रहती है जिसके कारण इसकी अकर्ती तरंग के आकर्ती .जसी
हो जाती है
Alternating Current (AC)
Alternating current describes the flow of charge that changes
direction periodically. As a result, the voltage level also reverses along with
the current. AC is used to deliver power to houses, office buildings, etc.
Generating AC
AC can be produced using a device called an alternator. This
device is a special type of electrical generator designed to produce
alternating current.
DC (
Direct Current )

विद्युत् धारा जिसकी दिशा व मान समय के साथ नहीं बदलता जो हमेशा एक सामान रहता है DC करेंट कहेते है इसका एक सिरा पॉजिटिव तथा दूसरा सिरा नेगेटिव होता है इस
तरह के करेंट का निर्माण सेल , बैटरी , DC जनरेटर के दुआरा किया जाता है
Direct
Current (DC)
Direct current is a bit easier to understand than alternating
current. Rather than oscillating back and forth, DC provides a constant voltage
or current.
Generating DC
DC can be generated in a number of ways:
- An AC generator
equipped with a device called a “commutator” can produce direct
current
- Use of a device
called a “rectifier” that converts AC to DC
- Batteries provide
DC, which is generated from a chemical reaction inside of the battery
Using our water analogy again, DC is similar to a tank of water
with a hose at the end.
